I have or know people who have had a lot more good experiences than bad at the following shops. Andy at ADM has a lot of mutual friends and clients I know, and has a great reputation for the work he does. James Karger is a stand out guy too, who works out of a couple of these shops below as one of the best tuners in the area. LG has a lot of parts available on hand, not sure on install turn around time. It is summer, and all of the shops will be busy. Each shop I listed has helped me in a bind one way or another, and I vouch for my personal experience as them being pretty down to earth to deal with.
