No need to do any of that, get you a step drill bit, and take off the 4 round black plugs and the under trunklid pad, you will then see the 6 mounting locations for the spoiler, mark the center of each of the 6 holes, then just use the step drill to drill them out until you get the proper sized holes for the bolts, clean up the holes and use some touch up paint to cover the bare metal. Mount the spoiler and use loctite on the studs. recap the 4 outside holes and replace the under trunklid pad and you are done.
