It was a Kenwood camera. The parts needed were as follows:
CMOS200 - Kenwood Rearview Camera (there was a "better" Kenwood camera, but the picture was very washed out).
CASR20V - I think that was the cable needed for the camera.
Also, most backup cameras are powered when the car is put in reverse. I had them power mine so I can view the rear camera at any time.
