Nope! I had my dealer fixing my footwell lighting for me yesterday the only negative part is it wasn't covered under warranty
I had to pay some money for labor but I have a gm mechanic that I go to and is really good messing around with electrical stuff so I always go back to the dealer. Just because I'm mechanically inclined but I love to mess around with my car.
