Notice in the picture how the headlights have a source of light both above and below the dividing line. The light source looks like HID bulbs, so having 4 bulbs in 2 custom housings instead of 2 in RS housings would cost more than double the RS package. Since there is a custom grille involved, the cost will only go up from there. There are no blinkers integrated into this design, so these headlights are not legal.
