Got the grille directly from T-REX, they used my car in a photoshoot.
DefenderWorx sells T-REX if you call Brian or Timmy let them know I sent you.

I dont think its hard to shift, its firmer, and its definately a shorter shift. The original shift was comparable to the 6 speed in my Audi which I would consider semi luxury, but now it shifts like a sports car.
