l have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of service received from JRE. I started modding my car with a local shop 9 months ago and had nothing but problems with the tune and install. Eventually l got tired of how poor the tune was so I had Ted remote tune the car. In feb/mar he sent me 8 tunes dialing in the car better each time (I also added a CAI and had the car dynoed at some point during the tuning process). All quesions were answered, all parts timely shipped, and all tunes promptly received. I was so happy with the experience that I recently drove the 360 miles from VA to his shop to get the eaton rear end and rough idle blower cam packges installed along with a dyno tune. While there we also added a cat back exhaust (to correct the shoddy install of another exhaust system by the other shop) and QTP cutouts. The install and welds were impeccable. They even to me back and forth to the hotel. Thanks JRE, it was a fun ride home!
