That is probably true, but there are two diodes, which I could not identify, and one resistor which I did not look at in the circuit. Double shrink tube on the circuit, and did not want to mess around with it too much.

Since I wanted the LED side markers I will leave that up to AAC or someone else to research. I'm happy with what I have, and just thought to share with everyone in case anyone else wanted to do a LED side marker/turn signal conversion like I am.
