Not only that but when you start your insurance usually they ask you "how many miles do you drive?" If he says 5,000 for example. Its a possibility that they decided "hey, lets start an incentive to give 2 canadian dollars back to everyone that says they only drive 5,000 miles a year, that may make our low mileage customers stay loyal"
