Per a suggestion from the mechanics I've seen and friends who have been with me while dealing with this whole brakes thing I've contacted the BBB to help me get all of this sorted out. the BBB and Chevrolet have both contacted me in reply and are happy to get all of this worked out. I faxed all of my information to Chevrolet (about 7 pages of notes on Eleanor's work log and when problems arose, copies of all of the work orders that I received from the dealer, and about 30 pages of emails that I've collected over the past few months. Currently awaiting to hear back from Chevrolet about what their assessment of the situation is. I am excited about when they said this would all be sorted out by: the end of the month.
