We tested smaller SC Pulleys for the LFX Camaro during our development .. we got more boost .. of course .. but NOT more power !!

Every engine has its maximum (optimum) cylinder pressure level ... when you are running toooooo much boost on a certain compression level ... you must run LESS ignition advance with higher BOOST to keep the engine away from knocking ... therefore you can also run the engine MORE Rich below AFR10 but you are loosing power anyway !

So MORE BOOST is NOT giving MORE POWER all the way ... we testet the optimum between boost level and engine power and deliverd the optimum boost level with the IPF-SC Kit for the bone stock engine and 91Oct west coast fuel qualtity with the devil heat in Arizona !

with 93Oct east coast fuel we did special tuning maps to cover the fuel quality !
