I replaced mine with a SS when I got in an accident.
You will need a new lower grill, wheel well liners, and lower spoiler too.
Price for a new fascia; $350 plus paint.
The other items were less than $150 if I remember.
If you really want the KITT lights, buy them first and try the dremel on something else from the junk yard.
