So just looking around the net and finally found the price of the ZL1 set up from Chevy... http://www.crateenginedepot.com/Cama...0815C1009.aspx and http://www.crateenginedepot.com/SS-V...0817C1009.aspx let me just say...

I did the same thing with MY choice of color and decal plus HPS pads, SS lines, and RB racing high temp boots and seals for roughly $2300...

Retail on the ZL1 kit is like $6600 and discounted is still $5600 or so.

Also the JDP kit which would have been similar to what I did but no used parts would have been $3500...
