Guys, the term "billet" just means the wheel components started out as a chunk of forged aluminum. Forged wheels are the same thing as billet wheels. Billet aluminum is forged aluminum. That is the terminology related to the wheel industry. In other industries, the term "billet" simply means that something was created from one solid piece of material.
