I don't think so and I was thinking of doing one but honestly, its not that hard to do once you get the parts. Here are quick steps.

1) Take wheel liners out, 10 minutes.
2) Take front fascia off, 10 minutes
3) Cut radiator baffle at the edges where there are square portions by using a cardboard template, which matches the bumper ducts you purchase ($14 per part). Move the template as high up as possible on those.
4) River bumper ducts.
5) Attach about 3-4ft of duct hose and install wheel liners and fascia back on.
6) Zip tie duct to edge of wheel liner as in the picture I showed.
7) Put door trim on inner front link hard point (where the bushing is attached). This will protect duct from getting cut.
8) route hose up the front link using zipties/hose clamps and sneak it around so that the wheel doesn't touch it at full lock. use hose clamps with heater hose underneath on the link to prevent zip ties from sliding up and down the link as the suspension moves.
9) Fab up a small Aluminum bracket (square tube) to point the outlet into rotor hat as good as possible.

FULL LOCK, I don't drive with full lock anymore though
