Would you please give us a call directly to discuss your issues with your Pfadt products? What are the problems? What products are you referring to? This is the first we are hearing of any problems. In the past, if a customer has ever had a noise issue or anything like that, we send out new mounts for free because we improved the design. Please let us know, we are here to help.
