What are the good car clubs around here?

I don't want to be a part of a club that you have to pay to go to or a club that requires you to come to a certain amount of meets. I am going to professional school and may not be able to devote time certain months or validate a car club payment.

Any normal, just chill, kind of car clubs around this area?
