So here's the thing. I'm willing to experiment with this. I'll go halvies with someone on a new visor, and then I'll fiddle with it and see if I can get the sticker off. I'm more than happy to fiddle with this and find a way to get the stickers off, just would like someone to help eat the cost with me.
I just got my new visor in, will remove decal later tonight. Ill see if i can prove your theory. It smells fresh so i am assuming it is fresh off the line. Will be using a heat gun and a putty knife. Wish me luck.

This is my passenger side visor. Removed the sticker and it looks real good.
