It says Hooker and the tips look round, like the Hooker CB. I thought it was Borla first, because of how tinny it sounded, but the tips weren't square at all. It's not too raspy for Borla though, IMHO; it sounds like it has a cam' and with the cutout open, I've heard a few that sound pretty close to that. Since it says Hooker, and the tips are round, I have no reason to think it's anything otherwise.
I've had two Borla CBs on my 4th Gens.
