Because a gutted LS3 turbo Miata looks and sounds like a race car, not like the stock looking AMG's that are roaming around California and would still probably loose considering this AMG didn't loose to that C6Z with a twin turbo LS7 with methanol injection.
If the 660whp C63 still isn't enough then the owner can always take out his 900whp+ CLS he mentioned to combat all those pesky turbo Miata's dominating the texas invitational and other sanctioned roll race events.
