You can take the plug out of the original right side head, clean it, use sealer (teflon) and you can plug it up using an 8MM allen wrench.
Coolant rivet goes in the back of the head:
The steam line in the front are open. You need to plug the holes in the back of the heads or, you'll get a coolant leak ;o). There may be caps you can buy, but rivets are how its done at the factory...

Def did the teflon paste on the plug.....
Went with a 4 corner setup on my steam vents, this is an example, although not exactly what I used...
