I just found an article stating a tuned zl1 hit 203 MPH. Does the zl1 have a different gearing ratio?
Hypothetically, could a modified SS with stock 2.23 Gears hit 200 MPH (say 700 RWPH)

The stock ZL1 has a final drive ratio of 3.23 for the automatic and 3.73 for the manual transmission. I also has 580 HP (stock) so, yes... I would imagine a highly modified SS with 3.23 gears could hit 200 mph.
