Well that's a broad question in which is the best QD around, but here are some that work very well in this term:

These are great QD's IMO and you can't go work in using them for your finish.
On the Bug problem there I would use a product like the
Pinnacle Safe Scrub Bug & Tar Pad
and allow it to soak in a small bucket of car soap and let it soften for about 10-15 minutes before use. It remove bugs and tar easily with the honeycomb texture.
Once done I recommend you do any polishing and then use a sealant like Blackfire Wet Diamond x 2 coats and top it with a carnauba wax and remember always keep on hand ( in your ride ) a microfiber towel and a quick detailed when you run into them bugs.
