go read the thread over at the link...the dealership LOST BIG on this one. The wreck happened during business hours. A joyride ensued after a routine oil change (no drive required) Employee put the car in pretty much full race mode and promptly found a stationary object - ie CURB! and ripped the underside of the car pretty much off. Dealer tried to screw the M5's owner. Many M5 owners deluged the dealer through social media and they lost face. Further, the courts destroyed the dealership. Outcome was good for the owner but it took time and money. The dealer SHOULD have paid up front with a replacement car but decided to lie, cheat, and fail - and they lost a lot more money than the replacement car would have set them back.
