Sure!
You just need to use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the stripes slightly at a corner and start pulling them off at 45 deg angle. Just take your time and you will have no problems. After you have them removed if their is any adhesive residue left on the paint you can use a product 3M Adhesive Remover. It can be found usually at NAPA, Carquest, or paint supply stores.
