Also, notice the lack of an "SS" emblem? A normal thing to see in Germany on their cars is the removal of badging and model numbers on the vehicle body...

I'm not so sure. From my understanding, most european regulatory agencies required red brake lights and amber turn signals, even on the back. No red turn signals like here. This doesn't look like it would comply with those specifications.
