If the floor is epoxy coated. It will make a lot of noise when the tires are turning on it. Are you sure its not the floor as previously mentioned? The garage floors in my current and previous house are epoxy coated and are noisy when the tires are turned on it. Is the noise there when you turn hard on a non-coated concrete or asphalt surface?
