You could defnintely shoot for 31... I got that for my 2SS/RS A6 trade in w/ 16k miles. They were trying to sell it for 35 and no one was buying. Especially with brand new ones on the lot for 2 or 3K more.
Remember you don't HAVE to buy that one... but THEY HAVE to sell it. There are a lot of used ones out there.
