BC Racing BR Series Coilovers:
Our BR model is perfect for street driving and occasional road course duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine tuning your compression/rebound and separately adjustable ride height, having a performance coilover system couldn’t be any easier. You choose how low or high you want your vehicle, no preset ride height here, and our patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked in. All of our systems come with pillowball mounts to provide the most feedback possible from your suspension and to sharpen your steering response. BC’s available front and rear camber plates also allow you to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. All this while providing a strong, attractive looking coilover system.

BC Racing ER Series Coilovers:
BC Racing's newest and most advanced model yet is the ER series coilover for the 2010+ Camaro. It features large external reservoirs front and rear, separate rebound and compression adjustment and a twin piston design. The external reservoirs hold much more oil than the conventional coilover, allowing the coilover to operate for a much longer period of time before overheating. The external reservoirs also house the secondary piston, which allows for the fine tuning of compression. This is the perfect coilover system for the person who wants to fine tune their setup using the separate, 30-way, rebound and compression tuning dials.

The enlarged shock cartridges with specially designed pistons and rods provide a wide range of damping force.
Valves are constructed of special spring steel, which outperforms stainless steels and produces longer valve life. Valve stacks use a patented deflective system to provide more precise control.
Patented concave lower locking ring, to prevent unseating.
Springs are made of SAE9254 high strength, durable steel. Compression tested at over 500,000 tires with less than 5% deformation.
T6061 Aluminum utilized in spring locks and seats for high strength and lightweight.
Iron lower brackets on MacPherson struts to ensure rigidity.
Piston rods are constructed of highly polished steel to lengthen oil seal life and prevent leaking.
High pressure inner rod guide seals ensure a perfect fit for consistent fade resistant damping and long shock life.
2 step coating process utilizing nickel and chromium plating to prevent corrosion.
Newly developed lubricant oil in shock cartridges minimizes aeration and cavitation.

MEGAN Street Series Coilovers:
Megan Racing Coil-Over Dampers are the ultimate upgrade to your track or street car. Featuring 32 Levels of damper force adjustment, full-height adjustment.

The adjustment of the damper is as simple as can be with a built-in knob at the top of the damper mount for easy access. Simple adjustments can be made to tune to your style of driving and comfort level desired. Single-Adjustable dampers make suspension adjustments easy to tune whether you’re a professional mechanic or an automotive enthusiast with amateur mechanical skills.

The height adjustment is made easy with CNC-Machined locking perches for accuracy and smooth adjustment. You can raise your car up to factory height for OEM appearance with performance handling or you can drop your car all the way down for a formal racetrack and an aggressive stance lowering your center of gravity to gain full potential of your car’s handling capabilities.

The quality and durability of the Megan Racing Damper kits are unmatched. Made of extremely durable Steel and featuring springs that are constructed of SAE-9254 Cold-Wound Steel which are then tested over 500,000 times by compression inspection. MEGAN SPEC-RS Series

Megan Racing introduces the new SPEC-RS Coil Over system features 32 levels of damper force adjustment, where compression and rebound adjustments are separate for increased tuning capability. The coil-over body also features separate spring perch adjustment and full shock height adjustment independent of spring pre-load to retain full suspension stroke while allowing the vehicle to be corner-balanced, which is often an integral part of suspension tuning as an aggressive alignment. These damper kits are then perfectly matched with front and rear Pillow Ball upper mounts for to reduce suspension deflection and camber plates are utilized for strut-type suspension applications.

Compression and rebound settings are easily adjusted through a individual adjustment knobs located at the top of the damper for compression adjustment and on the external reservoir for rebound adjustments. With a twist of the knob, adjusting compression and rebound settings are simple to tune according to your driving style and suspension setup whether you are a professional certified mechanic or an automotive enthusiast with amateur mechanical skills. All of our dampers are capable of handling a +2kg/mm or -2kg/mm change in spring rates to further tune your suspension to your desired handling characteristics.

Height adjustments are made with separate CNC-Machined locking spring perches for accuracy and smooth adjustment with separate damper shock length adjustment to retain full-stroke and allows for precision suspension tuning. The range of allowable ride-height adjustment allows you to retain the factory ride-height for OEM appearance with performance handling, or fine tune your suspension for the race-track to lowering your center of gravity to gain full potential of your vehicle's handling capabilities.

On applications utilizing strut-type suspension designs, the Megan Racing SPEC-RS Coil-over Damper Kits come with fully adjustable Pillow-Ball upper mount camber plates to easily tune and adjust your camber, giving you a competitive edge over other suspension setups. This allows you to tune your car for ride height and still adjust camber to improve handling, vehicle predictability and tire wear, which is a great benefit both on the race-track and on the street.
