there was an notice a year ago that Canadian units need to be upgraded due to CRTC changes to a 4G cell package. It was a free upgrade. I did not think a 2015 was affected but that is what it may be warning you about. service will soon be non existant without the upgrade. I can hardly wait when the lights go out.
