With name brands converters above there is plenty of gain. I would highly suggest a cooler with any of them,even a stock car needs a better one. The factory gauge is an idiot gauge. Reacts slow and inacurate. My car would read 180degree's during a pull but my other gauge hooked up would go over 210 degree's on a 1/4 pull then slowly cool back down. Factory gauge was too slow to follow.
