also to add the 400 is one strong tranny but the 700R4 can be built to handle the power output a serious motor and you get overdrive for the long interstate driving. theres a guy on egay aka ebay his ebay is maddog transissions or something liek that his name is "MADDOG" Lou hes out of Davie Florida and hes the shit when it comes to GM automatic Transmissions.
