If I would have had a couple days notice I could have rearranged my schedule and gone up to Oscoda.... My gut reaction though is this guy is yanking everyone's chain.. sorry, there just isn't anyone in this area that is going to be able to deal with / tune an LLT... perhaps I'm wrong... but I'm certainly not holding my breathe.. Now if he said he sent his car down to Detroit... then I would be more inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt...
