Actually that was the only reason I joined FaceBook, I really only use it to keep in contact with my Camaro peeps (not my family lol).
A lot of us don't prefer it over forums, but the reality is that you can post something on there and most people get it delivered to their phone instantly. It has become the easiest way to get a group of people together for a meet at Suds or wherever with little advanced notice.
I just put the bigger events in this thread, but we do meet up more frequently than it appears here
