If he is going with a plate style system there is no need to have someone else install it. It is as simple as putting on a carb and wiring up the switches. The port injection type of nitrous is a little more tedious and you need to have an intake that has bosses for the injectors but its essentially the same thing. Good luck!
I only have a 150 shot on mine and i can for sure say.. IT IS A BLAST..until you need to go fill up she will spin the tires at 45 no problem
