The "check engine (ses)" light came on a couple months ago when I was cruising down the freeway. Called onstar, they run the diagnostic. Well she comes back, reads me a script of what the problem is...
Emissions blah blah
Did you possibly put E-85 in?
Take to dealer with-in 7 days
Might notice less power
Well the light goes off and I forget about it... well it comes on again a couple weeks later on the freeway. Same speech from onstar. I tell them it happened a couple weeks prior so I get patched through to an advanced technical adviser. He looks into it farther and discovers the car is running lean. So I take to to the dealer, they re-tune it, and everything is great.
Well last week it comes on again on the freeway. SAME issue. So what I'm wondering is, has anyone else's car thrown this code?
And yes, I checked the gas cap
