Now the bad...
Defective GM oil pump with stuck check valve got on the way to GM Nationals. The oil pump only did not work for a minute or two...but the motor ended up with a nasty knock. We tore it down in house, and found it trashed several lifters, which trashed the cam. The lifters were mushroomed in the bore, and hard to get out, so we decided we needed a new short block. Now waiting on a Lingenfelter 417 to get here
The rest of the build is being handled in house by our new performance install side of the business!
