when I first read this yesterday, I was thinking you only installed the ice-olater and were having bolt issues which would be strange indeed.

Now that I see your update, you have added the plenum spacer too.

YES, you need the longer 4 bolts. I got the 4 longer bolts with my plenum spacer, (thank - you Tracy).

I installed the plenum spacer using 2 stock gaskets one above and one below the new plenum spacer.

Then I re-installed the freshly painted intake manifold with 2 stock gaskets, again one above and one below the icolater. The front and rear bolts are stock, the 4 in the middle are new and longer.

Be sure to torque to only 18 ft lbs. and use the torqing sequence of middle to outside. little at a time until tight.
