Mean11SS, I am not sure if they are Teflon lined of not but I can tell you that their new Camaro end links are silent. For lowering springs, sway bars, and end links we can set you up for $900 shipped. I would recommend upgrading the rear sub frame bushings as well. Pfadt offers a great set of solid replacement but those are pretty pricey at $690. For a street car with the kind of power you are making a set of BMR Pro poly bushings would be a good option at $249.95.
