I'd say go with the GT500 then. If you were going to drive either one literally 5 days a week to work I'd think about maybe getting a ZL1 but even then its not like the GT500 its riding in a buggy hahaha.

Drive both and whichever is a better fit is the best thing to do. If you're the kind of guy like I am and like to open it up on a back road every once in a while I'd look at some 60-130 times. The Shelby is no slouch out of the box even compared to a C6Z in those regards.
