there are two versions of the Cobalt SS... the 4dr version is available with the automatic tranny and is not supercharged... while not as fast as its supercharged coupe sibling, it is still quicker than the other Cobalts and is a pretty nice little car if you are looking for a good beater with decent gas mileage... if I was going to get one, I'd get the supercharged SS coupe with the 5spd (that's the only tranny you can get with the supercharged car)... decent gas mileage and gobs of power for a car that small... I, much like TAG, dont fit in one very well but I have found a way to lean/adjust the seat that actually fits me pretty well... if I had room for another car somewhere, I'd probably already have one... lol

the cars really aren't old enough to have any serious long term test data available yet... they're initial quality and one year quality seem to be good... I've driven a couple on used car lots and they seem to be holding up pretty well.
