Are you routing your Rx catch can line over that area?
Looks like the oil is falling in on top and pooling around that left side plug.
Perhaps you've got your vacuum leak somewhere in that line (hard plastic is cracked?) and its tracking down something and ending up in the sparkplugs hole(s).
