nine.5 - $300 shipped - in the original box. There is a small scratch about an inch long (see picture). The little black book, eD sticker, and remote subwoofer control. This was installed in my sons HHR powering 2 sets of components (DLS Nobelium upfront, DLS Reference rear, and 2 - SQ10's. The subwoofer control was never installed.
