I couldn't justify spending $$$ on something that could be made for under $15 and about 1hr of time. Plus the fact that all the other ones I have seen want you to drill near the top of the flap. That part of the fender is very slim so I could see it breaking really soon if I drilled it.

On the DIY, they used speed clips at the top to keep the top part of the guard mounted tight, no drilling involved.
