Finally an update... Fixed the oil drain problem, I pretty much copied Turbonetics instructions on that. However, I still have the oil smoking on deceleration problem. I think the Ebay turbo has had it. So, before I hurt anything I ordered up a new Turbonetics turbo today and will post up a few pics of it when it gets here in a couple weeks.
