My order was placed mid august, and had a TPW of 10/15. It was built and bayed on the 17th.
I haven't checked if it's shipped yet, but I'll wait until the end of the week.
So, two days after the start of my TPW, the vehicle was built. But I am sure it's variable up to however many days the plant is open a week since they give you a production week, and not a production day.
