Get the front wheels off the ground and check to see if they freeroll.If they do have Bonnie get in the car depress the brake and again check if they lock or free roll.If they freeroll after depressing the brake pedal work your way back to the master cylinder by applying pressure to the brake pedal and cracking open the lines and check for fluid pressure.

If you have pressure and no clamping force at the rotor I would say you have a piston frozen in the caliper bore.I would do the same for the rear also.A car sitting over time can draw moisture into some of the weirdest places and cause brakes to freeze or not operate properly.

Just something to get you started,I am no expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn express last night.
