Everyone has their own companies they prefer to get HIDs from. I've used DDM tuning in the past, however they have recently moved their operations to China. There is also Xentec. I've heard decent things about them but never used them.
Just try to research and see what you come up with, who you like, what color HID you want.

I had xentec on my previous car for 2 years and didnt have a problem with them.
