I was driving on the road and suddenly I walked on sewerage cover It's like I drop out into it or slue into it

. the question is how do I know If there is a problem in my spring spacers or in the shock absorber?

and don't tell me to go to my dealer cuz they will probably change it cuz they want to drain money from everybody
