By "Big Flow" do you mean that's an actual brand? If it is I've never heard of it. I'm getting a completely new exhaust manifold in a couple of weeks, and I'm personally going with a stepped header setup from Kooks.
If you bolt on headers w/cats onto a stock cat back, it will still be fairly loud, but not obnoxious.
